Smith Sisters Murdered Anonymously
In 1993, two sisters were brutally murdered in the small-town community of Plainfield, wisconsin. Lisa Smith, 19; and her sister, Sarah Smith, 15; were attacked in their parent’s home on the night of November 17th, around 1:30AM. Sarah was found stabbed and strangled in the bed where she had been sleeping. Her sister Lisa was found hanging in her sister’s closet, skinned alive. Police conducted an extensive investigation, but to no avail. The motives for the attack were never discovered, nor was the attacker ever found. The only lead athorities had was a log found in Lisa’s computer, showing a series of threatening messages sent through an Internet Relay Chat service. omg this is so0oo0o0o0 effin wired and i was bon im 994 so0o0o0o00 thats like a year be4 i was born and i think thats realllllllllllllly scary!!!! i wish they wood have found the murderer!!!
It is all FAKE. Here is why.
The younger sister is murdered while the older girl is either sleeping beside or going to the window to check on an odd sound, yet the older sibling hears nothing happening in the room and is alerted to something’s being amiss only because the bed is wet and ill-smelling upon her return to it.
Rather than scream for help or run from the room, the older girl hides in the closet.
The older sister is pulled from the closet by her murderer and her body is returned there to be hung for her parents to discover, yet while she’s in this closed space before her killer takes her from it, she carves hers and her sister’s names and the time and date. If she had something with which to gouge messages into the floorboards or onto the walls, why didn’t she use it to stab at her attacker and escape his clutches? Also, wasn’t it thoughtful of her murderer to afford her time to finish her woodworking escapades before coming for her?
The parents (who we presume are sleeping in the same house, since the story doesn’t mention their being absent that night) hear nothing of their two daughters being murdered.
The son (who we work out from the story is 12 years old: “15 years ago” less “2 years after the the sisters deaths” less a nine-month gestation period) lives those twelve years in the murder room yet never once notices the message carved in the closet.
The girls were murdered “In 1993″ yet the IM’ing ghost of one of them informs her brother she died “15 years ago.” Our calendar says it’s 2005, not 2008.
Instant message capability didn’t become an online reality until 1997 when AOL introduced its Instant Messenger service. Yahoo Messenger (which the narrative tells us was used by the murderer to contact one of the sisters prior to his killing her) began in 1999. However, while IM didn’t exist in 1993, chat rooms did — IRC (Internet Relay Chat) was most certainly part of the cyber world at least as far back as 1993, else I retain rather vivid yet baseless false memories of what I was doing with a great many of my nights back then.

Hunter, your assumptions do make sense but i did some research on the Smith Sisters’ Murder because i was very intrested in how this could all have happened and although your opinion seemed to fitt i still wasnt convinced that was all there was to the story. And it turns out that there is proof of the date, time and internet messaging system that was being used in the year of the murder. It was indeed the Internet Relay Chat service.

I had recently read a bulliten on myspace.com about this story and had a “must repost this bulliten” threat or else u will be killed the same way. At first I thought it was a joke or something but at the end of this bulliten it briefly said “…if you dont believe me look it up on google”. So then I got a little curious and checked it out. And so it was true. And this is very sad and I dont think that anyone should joke about something like this. Whether its fake or real!

I have been to Plainfield. I live in Wisconsin. And as most people know, the infamous serial killer Ed Gein lived in Plainfield, and hung one of his victims upside down and gutted her, much like in this story. Just thought I would share that. If this is confusing. On one hand there is a Police report stating that they did find the carving. But if she did have something to carve with she would have stabed the murderer and there would be blood that they could trace back to the murderer but my friend says that if it is possible that the sisters killed the parents isn’t it possible that another ghost killed the girls. here are the explanations to prove the reasons of all that doubt the story me my family’s deaths:
i ran to the closet because my parents room was locked– they were gettin it on i think
i knew they wouldnt open the door if i knocked
and i couldnt knock loudly cause the murderer would have heard me.
i didnt scream when i found my sister was dead because i couldnt process the information. when i found my sister spilling blood right next to me, i was speechless my vision when blank for a moment. i even tried to scream but all that came out was air.
i ran to the closet because it was the closest thing with a lock on the door. it was also a walk-in closet so i assumed it would be big enough for me to run around the murderer should he come in. it took him so long to find me because of the lock. the lock was on there because my sister used to lock herself in there when she got mad at me or my parents. i carved not our names, but our initials into the wall with a paper clip. i also used abbreviations for the date. i also didn’t carve this information extremely deeply, and the wood in our house wasn’t very strong, so i did not take me a very long time to carve the information. i carved the information just in case i got killed, i wanted everyone, including the police, to know the times and dates of our deaths.
the murderer actually didnt take that long to find me. because i locked the door, it took him only a little while to unlock and get in. this gave me enough time to carve the information and it didnt take me long to carve the information for the reasons stated above. i couldn’t stab the murderer with my carving tool because first of all, it was a paper clip. and second of all, when i was grabbed i tried to wrestle my way out of the murderers grasp and dropped the paper clip.
although it seems impossible for me to return and kill my parents, it is all due to the supernatural. if you do not belive in it, i suppose there is no way for me to convince you, but in the afterlife when one wills strong enough to return in a ghostly form, it occurs. what the story of my sister’s and my deaths fails to inform you, is that our parents beat us. not only was i astonished at their failure to mention us to our own sibling, but i always had seeked revenge for their excessive abuse.
to make reason for the improper time calculations, i was actually killed in 1990. that explains th e 15 year time difference. our brother was born in 1993. that makes so he was 12 when i messaged him.

The parents (who we presume are sleeping in the same house, since the story doesn’t mention their being absent that night) hear nothing of their two daughters being murdered.
The son (who we work out from the story is 12 years old: “15 years ago” less “2 years after the the sisters deaths” less a nine-month gestation period) lives those twelve years in the murder room yet never once notices the message carved in the closet.
The girls were murdered “In 1993″ yet the IM’ing ghost of one of them informs her brother she died “15 years ago.” Our calendar says it’s 2005, not 2008.

Okay so here it is. im a redneck. I hunt, I skin and i eat. A deer is ruffly the size of a teen girl. it takes me about 2 hours to skin a deer to perfection with no holes or tears in the hide. I have been skinning deer for about 4 or 5 years now and i know what im doing now and can do it fast with high quality. Now, lets get to my point. when i first started skining..i had no clue what i was doing. So i ended up after 6 hours with a butchered up skin that was good for nothing and was in about 10 to 20 different peices. now where im going with this is…No one ghost or human or anything can kill, Skin, Strangle, Stab, And hang any one in less time it would take for the smell of the dead bodies to reach the far ends of the house. Seriously, if someone is strangled and stabbed…THERE WOULD BE SHIT KNOCKED OVER….Seriously…wouldnt you star kicking and making as much noise as you could to wake your parents?? and there is a very very particular sound when someone is stabed. and that is very easy to decipher from house sqweeks and things of that nature. Also… the sister looking out the window…would have taken her wat 20 to 30 seconds before getting back in bed…. and then noticing her sister was bleeding… now that she runs and hides in the closet… now here is the action part of the storie and im going to break it down to nothing…
Then she heard a knock on the window. The girl slowly walked to the window. It started knocking louder. The girl looked through the windows and saw nothing… just some of the tree branches. The girl went back to bed with her sister. The bed was wet and had a pretty horrid smell. Maybe her sister wet the bed… the girl checked and found blood everywhere. The girl panicked. She didn’t know what to do. She ran and hid in the closet in case the killer was there for her. While looking through the cracks of the closet the girl saw a shadow. It was dark, so she couldn’t figure out who it was. She started to get more frightened. The shadow crept closer to the closet. The girl closed her eyes as if it was a dream. Then suddenly he opened the closet door and pulled her out.
Her parents found her dead the next morning. She was completely skinned and hanging in her sister’s closet. The younger sister was also found skinned and dead.
<Okay here is the good part where i shut this story down and no one can say its true unless they are fucking retards and if they say its true then they should be skinned alive. Okay so now we have two people skinned. one is dead so no noise can be made there by herself. Okay but the other sister is not dead yet. Okay so now that we know they were skinned…How do we even know that the sister that was hanged and skinned wasnt killed before being skinned….Because to tell you the truth…if your havign the skin cut off of you your going to fucking scream. i dont care how tuff you are your going to fucking scream. and when you scream the parents wil come up there and see you are being killed. the dad will do something and the sister will be fucked up but live and the other is dead and gone..Oh and if she was so scared then she must have been shaking. and is she didnt know what to do then how did she get the idea of carving into the wood? See what im saying… none of this fits together….now if it really did happen then this is how it happened….
She goes to see what the knocking is… she get close to the window. The killer grabs her from behind.. puts his hand over her mouth and then slits her throat.. now she cant scream what so ever and has about 2 minutes tops till she dies. now he sees the sister trembling and hiding under the blanket. he goes to her. pulls blanket down, put hand over her mouth then slits her throat… now both are dead and nobody heard a word. Its called stealth. but we do know its a two story house because the tree branches. Now how did he get in… not upstairs.. because how could he get through the LOCKED window. You cannot pick a window lock. You cna pick a door though. so he came in through down stairs. So how does he know which door and room. Hmm… Ah he opens each door and looks. so the doors sqweek… thats a sign. So he finds the room. Now hes wearing shoes of somesort. how is there no creaking of the floor that is wooden? oh there is.. and it wooden because the closet floor is wood. so the room is wood. so he waits in the corner and thinks of how to get her attention and there he gots it. Knock on the window. oh here she comes better get ready. knock one more time. okay good. shes looking. now step from the side of the window to behind her. Put hand over mouth and slit her throat and now do it to the witness. There we go. thats it. And that can happen to anyone. But not this bull shit story.

Now people are searching for this about 50 times a day… IT’S NOT REAL. First off, Yahoo mail wasn’t even around in 1993, it started in 1994. Yahoo messenger didn’t start until AFTER that, so this story COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. Also, If this did happen in 1993, how did the little brother get contacted 15 years later? That would mean November of 2008, and in case you don’t know, it’s only April or 2007. This isn’t hard to figure out… The person who made this up is a complete idiot in my book.

I believed this for a while, but now, it’s coming together as completely fake. Isn’t just a coincidence that the name of the family happens to be one of the most common names in our Country? And that John just happens to be the name of the son who was born after the murder of his sisters? John Smith is the name they put on fake credit cards, and yeah I guess it could be true it just doesn’t make sense. I looked up old obituaries in Plain field newspapers, and there were no connections. And the killer of the girls was never found? “Lisa” had messages on her computer from the “murderer” and it is so easy for police officers to track that to the original sender. They would have caught them. For all the girls this is actually getting to, I’m pretty sure it’s all a little hoax, some young boys probably made it up to do what it’s doing to you, worry&get scared.
